
On behalf of the management team, I would like to welcome you to the website of the Division of Communication Engineering (CME) at the School of EEE, NTU. The other members of the management team are the Deputy Head, A/P Sheel ADITYA, and the Assistant Head, A/P CHONG Han Joo Peter.
This website provides up-to-date information about the CME Division. As you browse around, you’ll get information about our faculty and staff, student scholarships, research centres and research projects. You’ll also find announcements of seminars, conferences, and recruitment of faculty staff.
There are 32 full-time and 8 part-time faculty members in the CME Division. The research emphasis in the Division ranges from system modeling and performance analysis to system design and hardware implementation. A broad range of issues in communications is investigated:

The CME Division offers courses in communications for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Besides the research-based programmes of Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Engineering, we provide a coursework-based Master of Science (MSc) programme in
Communications Engineering and a Graduate Diploma programme in Information-Communication Technology (G Dip ICT).
Currently, the Division has about 55 research staff (including research fellows, research associates, and project officers) and more than 100 graduate research students. We invite you to join us to witness the excitement of communication technology.
